Thera "3" is a "go to" tool for hand therapists and their patients. It is the only therapy aid that provides massage, stretching and strengthening capabilities. 

• Massage:  Patients and therapists can use the massage knobs to massage the palm, the wrist extensors and flexors, pronator teres and other muscles of the forearm wrist and hand.  On a long plane or car ride? It fits easily into  pocket or purse for on demand massage of the upper traps and low back anytime anywhere.  
• Stretching:  Rolling the foam grip stretches volar structures.  It can also be used for PIP extension and intrinsic muscle stretching.  
• Strengthening:  Squeeze the foam grip for grip and pinch strengthening.  holding the foam grip, press down on one of the massage knobs to strengthen flexor pollicis longus.
